We offer a full PA system with the Front and Warehouse Venues.

Three microphones are available with the Front and Warehouse Venues.

4-channel mixer or 16-channel mixer (specify during booking) are available for the Front and Warehouse Venues.

Minimum rental period: 2 hours.
Maximum rental period: 4 hours.
- No outside alcohol or beverages (unless agreed upon in advance).
- No outside food (unless agreed upon in advance).
- Failure to comply may result in event termination without refund.
- No illegal activities, violations of local regulations, or actions that may damage the venue.
- 50% Deposit: Required at the time of booking to secure the date.
- Remaining balance due on the day of the event before access to the venue.
- Security Deposit: $100, refundable within 7 business days if no damages or excessive cleaning are required.
- Renter must leave the venue in the same condition it was found.
- All trash must be removed and disposed of properly.
- Damages or cleaning fees will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Renter assumes responsibility for any damage or loss to the venue or equipment during the rental period.
- Venue is not responsible for injuries or damages occurring at the event.
- Event insurance is recommended but not required.
- Full Refund: For cancellations made more than 7 days in advance.
- Deposit Forfeit: For cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
